Women And Turbulence Training

Women avoid using free weights for one primary reason. They believe they’ll pump up muscle or get bulked up. Well, that’s WRONG 99.5% of the time. Women do not have the level of testorone to pump muscle or get bulked unless you work at extreme levels.

Well, that’s good news because Turbulence Training has nothing to do with bulking you up although there is a bonus 8 week workout routine that helps build mass without any drugs.

Using the Turbulence Training program, your body is triggered to speed up the metabolism so that you will burn fat continuously for 24-48 hours and it can have a major effect if you follow the diet and nutrition plans accordingly.

Craig DOES show a different nutrition routine for women depending on your overall bodyweight and activity level. In other words, you will simply eat less calories than males.

For example;
If a male of 160 lbs requires 2000 calories per day
A Female for the same weight would require 1700 calories per day.

The figures are not correct but you get the point.

The biggest desire of women is to get sexy looking legs, arms, and abs. Well, Craig has decided to satisfy you once and for all. Once you finish the 16 weeks of Turbulence Training routine, you will notice a MAJOR difference in your physical shape, and trust me, the results are super positive IF you follow the diet and nutrition plans accordingly.

Once you complete the main workouts, you can move on to Turbulence Training For Women, a special bonus for TT customers. Once you complete this bonus routine, you will have people drooling all over you.

I repeat like a broken tape recorder, but I am going to say it again. You NEED to follow the Diet and Nutrition plans accordingly because the training and diet are interconnected.

Did you know nutrition plays an 80% role in your fat loss results? That’s right! So it doesn’t matter if you workout or not. The better your diet is, the faster you will see positive changes in your body!

Turbulence Training Review - What is it?

…Read this review on Turbulence Training and learn everything you need to know before you make a bad decision!

If you have spent too long on the internet looking for decent free information on how to get rid of fat from stubborn areas like the belly, arms, thighs, love handles etc.. Then you probably would have come across hundreds of products that claim to give you the answer to your problems for a very little effort.

Example: Diet pills, Ab Machines etc…

These products don’t work! It was when I came across Turbulence Training that I saw a whole new approach to fat loss.

What is Turbulence Training?

It is a 3 principle program for easy and effective fat loss;

1. Effective Diet and Nutrition
2. 20-25 Minutes of Strength Training followed by 20 minutes of Interval Training
3. Variation of the workouts every 3-4 weeks

…This is the Turbulence Training blueprint and has worked for over 1000’s of people from all over the world.

The whole concept behind Turbulence Training is to shock your body (aka Turbulence) in such a manner that your metabolism will be at its peak for over 24 hours. This means you will be burning fat while you eat, watching TV and even while you sleep!

I learnt many things from the Turbulence Training program. Two of the key points that Craig Ballantyne put forward is the choice of exercises and supersets.

…I discovered that with superset training (two different exercises done together with no rest) you save a lot of time, and increase the speed of fat loss at the same time.

When it comes to the choice of exercises, Turbulence Training goes for total body exercises like squats, pushups, rows etc… that take pretty much the same time as isolated movements but take your body to a whole new level when it comes to shocking your metabolism since each total body exercises works many different muscle groups at once!

In Turbulence Training, you will enjoy many things including the pain and muscle soreness. I especially love the way Craig has set the tempo of each repetition, rest periods for each workout and the clear instructions with pictures on how to perform each exercise.

The tempo shows you how fast you should move when exercising. It really gives you the burn when you follow the right tempo.

If you think Turbulence Training is too complicated, let me make things easier to understand. You get a complete step by step plan to follow for 16 weeks in which time you are guaranteed to lose at least 8% body fat depending on how well you follow it.

Do I Recommend Turbulence Training?

The one thing I did NOT like in Turbulence Training is that even though Craig claims you can do the entire workout routine without stepping out of your house, you DO need a few equipments if you want to stick with privacy.

You need the following to do the workouts without any problems;

1. A Pair of Dumbbells
2. A Chin-up Bar
3. A Stability Ball
4. A Bench (Optional since these can be done on the ball)

Craig does help you out with substitute exercises when you ask him at the TTMembers.com forum. You get 3 months free access to this discussion group where you get to have a conversation with Craig Ballantyne himself and other TT customers who give really good tips for your ease.

This is just the gist of what you will find in the Turbulence Training package. I will also give you a review on the Turbulence Training Deluxe package which has some incredible stuff which I will tell you next time.

I recommend Turbulence Training to anyone who wants to follow one of the most effective ways to lose fat and build lean muscle (Not like the bodybuilders) in the least amount of time you could imagine.

Although! If you have any health issues like bad back, you SHOULD consult a physician before you start Turbulence Training.

Inside Look at Turbulence Training

The Turbulence Training Workout Principle

Well, Turbulence Training is a completely different form of training routine for fat loss. It is a combination of the following principles;

1. 8-12 slow and controlled rep range - Effective for building muscle and trigger fat loss
2. Superset training - two exercises done one after the other followed by a 1 minute rest. (Upper body exercise with a lower body exercise)
3. Low rest periods
4. Changing the workout every 4 weeks
5. The strength training sessions is followed by a 20 minute intense interval training session to create a complete Turbulence in your body.
6. Ab training workouts that can be done on off days.
7. Workouts last no more than 45 minutes.

This is just a short summary of the complete Turbulence Training workout system. Here’s an example of a TT bodyweight workout that Craig was happy to share with us.

1) Prisoner Squat (12 repetitions)
2) Elevated Pushups (8 reps per side)
3) Single-Leg Deadlifts (10 reps per side)
4) Close-grip Pushups (As many reps as possible)
5) Jumping Jacks (30-60 reps)
6) Cross-Body Mountain Climber (12 reps per side)

The terms maybe complicated, but this workout is real intense. I do it when I am out of town and believe me! I lost fat even with all the buffets!

The Turbulence Training Nutrition Principle

Craig Ballantyne clearly specifies that if you want to see positive results from your workout, you HAVE to change your diet, and that is why you are provided with the Turbulence Training nutrition guide that shows you exactly how Craig Ballantyne follows his diet plans when he needs to lose fat fast.

The nutrition principles are really fun and surprising;

1. Eat 5-6 short meals a day. (There is no lunch, or dinner)
2. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.
3. Add more fiber to your diet
4. Add protein to every meal

The nutrition principles are THAT simple. All you need to do is follow them exactly and you will see super fast results in no time. Although when you are working, you might have a hard time fitting your diet in to your work place.

I still manage to get away with it because you get a really neat substitute food column where you are safe to eat certain food and get away as long as you follow the Turbulence Training rules 90% of the time.

What’s in the Turbulence Training Deluxe Edition?

In the Turbulence Training Deluxe Edition, you get the 6 Month Bodyweight Manual, the TT Advance Bodyweight workout, Bodyweight 500 and the 8 Week Athlete Workout.

…Well, there are many workouts that come along with the basic Turbulence Training package as well.

The point is that you have to vary your workouts every 4 weeks if you want to keep your body confused so it can keep burning more and more fat every single day.

The specialty of the 6 month bodyweight training program is that you can get the same results as the Turbulence Training Original workout but you will not be using free weights or barbell.

In this manual, you will follow very intensive bodyweight workout routines that goes for 6 months that will make you drop on the floor crying to stop. I am exaggerating but the workouts are much more intense. Who would have though your own bodyweight could be harder than lifting free weights?

I would rather do 25 bicep curls with dumbbells than 40 pushups. The workouts literally make you sweat in less than 10 minutes. You could even do one circuit and still lose fat because these workouts are THAT intense.

The problem with these Turbulence Training workouts is that sometimes Craig AGAIN requires you to do chin-ups and pull-ups for which you need a chin-up bar. You can buy a portable chin-up bar for less than $59 which will really be a good idea because chin-ups and pull-ups are great for your abs. I mean it!

The TT 500 is a follow up of the TT 300 which came out after the popular movie 300. The workouts are designed to make your body capable of doing sudden intense movements in the least time possible. It’s like preparing you for a 100m sprint at the Olympics.

The TT 500 is a 4 week workout that prepares you for a challenging 500 repetition circuit at the end of the 4 week which many people managed to complete in less than 40 minutes after doing the 4 week training. The rest of them failed because their body was not prepared enough.

In short, if you do the TT 500 in less than 30 minutes, you have a physically fit body. I am not going to go in to much detail on the other products in the Turbulence Training deluxe edition package because all you got to know is the more “Advanced” the title is, the more intense it actually will be!
